We hope you love your new jewellery, but understand that you may need to return items for an exchange or refund. You have up to 14 days after receiving your delivery to inform us if you require a cancellation or exchange and a further 14 days thereafter to return the jewellery to us.

Please contact us at along with your name and order number to inform us of your return. We will email a return form for you to print and complete, please enclose this with your return. 

All jewellery must be returned in unworn condition, free from surface scratches in the gift boxes provided. Items returned with signs of wear of damage will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Rings must be returned with their tags still attached. These tags are incredibly thin and will not affect the sizing in anyway. 

Earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If items from your order are returned, and the order value then falls below the free shipping threshold - a standard postage fee will be deducted from your refund.


Free Gifts must be returned with your order if they will fall below the qualifying value for the promotion. Free gifts must be returned unworn, and without surface scratches or signs of damage. Earrings must be returned in their unopened heat sealed bag. 

Orders returned without promotional gifts or damaged gifts will be refunded minus the website value of these pieces.


Once we have received and completed your exchange, we will email you a tracking number, please check your spam/promotions folder. 

SALE ITEMS - please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale items. 




Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within seven working days.

Where an upgraded shipping option has been chosen, the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

Store credits are issued via E-GIFT CARDS which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure your jewellery is packaged securely, items received damaged due to poor packing will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. 



We do not currently offer exchanges for international customers. Once your return has been received a refund will be issued. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

When filling out a customs declaration, please mark as 'RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE' if a customs fee is charged, this will be deducted from your refund.

PROMOTIONS / FREE GIFTS - if your order has previously qualified for free items(s) during a promotion, these will need to be included in your return if your order value falls below the qualifying value. Please ensure promotional earrings are returned unworn, in their unbroken heat sealed bag. 

NEWSLETTER SIGN UP PROMOTION - these promotional items are limited to one item per customer. We reserve the right to change this promotional item. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to Sale Items, or applied retrospectively


In the rare occasion you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at along with supporting photos.

Manufacturing faults must be reported within six months of purchase. Items showing defect due to accidental damage, neglect, general wear and tear, heat damage or exposure to chemicals will not be deemed as faulty.


We only use natural gemstones in our jewellery. All stones will have their own unique colouration and inclusions and may differ from the picture shown. Stones which differ from the product image will not be deemed as faulty.


Due to the delicate nature of these pieces we cannot be held responsible for damage and breakages once they have been delivered.
